> If you just change your mind, you can return your Don't Do Pretty garment for a Store Credit (12 months).

  • Metro to Metro – 1-2 working days

We’re pretty quick to get your orders to you, and if it is metro to metro you will receive it within 1-2 working days – that’s right, you can purchase it on Wednesday morning and you’ll have it to wear on Friday night!



  • Please allow 4-14 business days for delivery

If you’re one of our superstar international customers you can expect to receive your order within 4-14 business days.  We have a flat rate fee of $AU20.00 which can be absorbed by us if you make a minimum purchase of $AU150.00 – and we think that’s a good deal, and our clothes are so well made they are worth buying up on – you will have them for a long time.

Your packages are always securely tracked and a tracking number will be issued (to the email address provided at purchase) on dispatch so you know exactly where it is and what it’s up to.  This will also ensure you at the shipping address at the right time to ensure your order is received exactly when you expect it.



  • You need to be at the shipping address to receive your parcel
  • If you work during business hours, then your workplace address is ideal for delivery


Some considerations when trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

  • Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
  • We use registered and tracked postage for all items, however, if you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at info(at) for our support.
  • PUBLIC HOLIDAYS – We cannot process nor deliver orders on (Australian and local) public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed the next business day.
